What this page needs to cover

• Contracting party — Travelmonke Tours and Travel, its registered address and UTB licence number
• How a booking is formed, and at what point it becomes binding
• Deposit and balance terms, and accepted payment methods
• Cancellation by the client, with the applicable scale
• Cancellation or amendment by us, and what happens if we do
• The specific treatment of gorilla permits, which are non-transferable, tied to a named person and date, and cannot be rescheduled at all when issued at the discounted low-season rate
• Passport, visa, entry authorisation and health requirements — and that these are the traveller's responsibility
• Mandatory travel insurance, including cover for non-refundable elements
• Fitness and health declarations, and the gorilla trekking minimum age of fifteen
• Liability, and the limits on it
• Force majeure
• Complaints procedure
• Governing law and jurisdiction
• Price variation, particularly where park fees or permit tariffs change between quotation and travel

The last point matters more on this trip than on most. Permit tariffs and park fees are set by government authorities and have been revised more than once recently. How a change between booking and travel is handled needs stating explicitly.
