- How many days you have
- Number of travellers and ages if under 18 — gorilla trekking has a minimum age of fifteen
- Whether the gorillas or the Kenyan safari is the priority
- Any mobility or fitness considerations
- Rough sense of accommodation level

We reply within one working day during office hours. If your dates are inside three months, use WhatsApp — permit availability moves fast enough that a day matters.
