What these reviews are actually for
Worth saying plainly: these are Uganda safari trips — Murchison Falls, Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, the Rwenzori Mountains. None of them is a Kenya safari or a gorilla trek.
What they tell you is how we operate: whether the organisation holds up, whether guides know their ground, whether problems get handled. That transfers. But we are not going to present a Murchison Falls review as evidence of a Bwindi trip.

That is worth more than any claim we could make about guiding standards, because we did not write it. If you want a specific guide, ask — we cannot always promise availability, but we will tell you honestly either way.
Our policy on reviews
We publish only reviews that exist on a platform we do not control, with a link to the original. No testimonials written for the website, no unlinked quotes, no first-name-and-initial praise you have no way of verifying.
If a negative review appears on our Tripadvisor listing, it stays there and it will be linked from this page like any other. A five-star average with nothing below it is only meaningful if you can see we are not filtering.

Please post on Tripadvisor or Google rather than sending it to us. A review on a platform we cannot edit is worth considerably more to the next traveller.
This page needs expansion before launch
Two things to resolve. First, opening hours on the Tripadvisor listing (06:00-20:00 daily) do not match the hours published on this site (Mon-Sat 08:00-18:00). Inconsistent name, address and hours data across listings weakens local search signals — pick one and correct the other. Second, AggregateRating schema has deliberately NOT been added: marking up a third-party rating on your own site risks a Google manual action, and the rating is shown as plain text with a link instead. Revisit only once there are reviews collected through your own site.
